Sadie Martin provides online Positive Behaviour Support services to parents and carers of children.
Sadie works in alignment with best practice standards promoted by the British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or booking services with Sadie Martin PBS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or engage our services.
3. Nature of Services
Sadie Martin PBS provides online Positive Behaviour Support consultation and parent guidance services, which may include:
- Behavioural assessment discussions
- Review of existing support strategies
- Development of behaviour support plans
- Parent coaching and guidance
- Written reports or resources
- Online workshops or training sessions
All services are delivered remotely via secure online platforms.
Important:
- Services are provided to parents and carers, not directly to children.
- Services are consultative and educational in nature.
- Sadie Martin PBS does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or crisis intervention.
Parents remain responsible for all decisions made regarding their child’s care.
4. Online Services
All services are delivered remotely via video conferencing or other digital communication platforms. By booking services, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.
- You will attend sessions in a private and appropriate setting.
- Online communication carries some inherent data security risks, although reasonable safeguards are used.
We are not responsible for technical issues outside of our control.
5. Safeguarding and Duty of Care
Sadie Martin PBS is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable individuals. Confidentiality may be breached if:
- There is a safeguarding concern.
- There is risk of harm to a child or another person.
- Disclosure is required by law.
Where appropriate, concerns may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with UK safeguarding legislation.
6. Professional Standards

However, affiliation with BILD does not mean BILD is responsible for the services provided.
7. Bookings and Payment
7.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once written confirmation has been provided.
7.2 Fees
Fees will be agreed in advance of services commencing. We reserve the right to amend pricing. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
7.3 Payment Terms
Payment must be made:
- In advance of sessions unless otherwise agreed
- Via bank transfer or other agreed payment method
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee may be charged.
Our Cancellations
If we must cancel a session, we will offer a rescheduled session or provide a refund for that session.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We handle personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information will only be used for the purposes of providing agreed services. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
10. Parental Responsibility
Parents and carers remain fully responsible for decisions made regarding their child, implementation of strategies discussed, and seeking medical or clinical advice where necessary. Recommendations provided during consultations are based on information shared by the parent and professional judgement at the time.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including behaviour plans, written reports, training materials, and website content, remain the intellectual property of Sadie Martin PBS. Materials may not be copied, distributed, or shared commercially without written consent. Parents may use materials for their child’s personal support.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt the website, or copy or misuse website content. We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.
